Questions, answered

Does it automatically file or submit a cargo claim on my behalf?

No. WebRun only tracks and logs claims that already exist. Filing or submitting any claim to a carrier or insurer must be done by your team.

How does it know a claim is stalled?

It flags any open claim with no status change in Super Dispatch for more than 14 days. You can adjust this threshold when configuring the workflow.

Can it track claim amounts and total liability exposure?

Yes. It records the claim amount for each open case and includes a total value at risk in the weekly Telegram summary so you can prioritize the highest-value claims.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
