Questions, answered

Will the welcome email go to the customer automatically?

No. The welcome email is saved as a Gmail draft. Your team reviews it, personalises the tone if needed, and sends it when ready. Nothing reaches the customer without your approval.

What if the same customer places a second order before onboarding is complete?

It checks the onboarding tracker in Google Sheets before creating a new row, so a returning customer who is already in the onboarding process will not get a duplicate welcome email draft.

Can it trigger onboarding for existing customers being migrated to Super Dispatch?

Yes. If you import or add existing customer records as new entries in Super Dispatch, WebRun will treat each as a new onboarding trigger. Filter these out in the Google Sheet if needed.
