Automated Anytype Object Quality Checks
Every night, WebRun opens Anytype, goes through the objects created in your spaces that day, flags any saved without a type or missing the relations your sets filter on, posts a fix list to Slack, and texts your own nominated number through Twilio when the count crosses your threshold.
How do I catch notes saved without the right type or relations?
WebRun opens Anytype every night, checks the objects created that day, and flags any saved without a type or missing the relations your sets filter on. It posts the fix list to Slack and, when the count crosses your threshold, texts you through Twilio so broken views get repaired quickly.
- Sets and filtered views keep returning everything they should
- Gaps are found the night they are created, not weeks later
- Nothing in your graph is edited or deleted by WebRun

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
anytype.ioin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
Anytype - check today's new objects
WebRun opens Anytype to check today's new objects. - Open Anytype and list the objects created today across the spaces you track
- Check each object has a type set, and that the relations your sets filter on are filled
- Note which set or view would miss the object because of each gap
- Read only. Never edit an object, set a type, or delete anything
Done when Every object created today has been checked for a missing type or relation.
-
2
Slack - post the fix list
WebRun opens Slack to post the fix list. - Post tonight's fix list to your workspace channel, one line per object
- Say what is missing on each one and which set or filtered view it falls out of
- Group by space, and put objects missing a type entirely at the top
Done when The fix list is in Slack with each gap named and grouped by space.
-
3
Twilio - text you when it spikes
WebRun opens Twilio to text you when it spikes. - Send a short text to the single number you nominate when the fix list crosses your threshold
- Include the count and the space with the most gaps, nothing more
- Never text a teammate, a client, or any number other than the one you set
Done when You have been texted only when the night's gaps are worth acting on.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it fix the objects itself?
No. WebRun reads your spaces and writes a fix list. Setting a type or filling a relation stays with the person who created the object, so nothing in your graph is changed automatically.
Who can it text through Twilio?
Only the single number you nominate, and only when the fix list crosses your threshold. It never texts a teammate or a client, and anything wider is left for a person to send.
Why do missing relations matter?
Sets and filtered views return objects by type and relation, so an object saved without them silently drops out of the view. The nightly list names which view each gap affects.
