Automated Karmak Aged Truck Inventory Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun opens Karmak Fusion, checks every new and used truck in inventory against your target days on lot, logs a full aging report to Google Sheets sorted oldest first, and sends your sales manager a text listing the units that most need a price or marketing push.
How do I automatically flag aged truck inventory on my lot?
WebRun checks every new and used unit in Karmak Fusion each Monday, calculates days on lot from its intake date, and logs a full aging report to Google Sheets sorted oldest first. Your sales manager also gets an internal text naming the five oldest units with stock number and asking price, so aged inventory gets attention before it drags down the lot.
- Aged units are flagged every Monday before they quietly sit another month
- Sales managers get the five oldest units by text instead of digging through inventory
- A full aging report lands in Google Sheets for pricing and floor plan review

Questions, answered
Does the text alert ever go to a customer?
No. The Twilio text is an internal alert sent only to your own sales manager's phone. WebRun never texts a customer about aged inventory.
How is days on lot calculated?
It is calculated from each unit's intake date in Karmak Fusion to today, so the figure is always current as of the morning the report runs.
Can I change what counts as aged?
Yes. You set the target days on lot threshold once in your WebRun settings, and every run flags units against that number until you change it.
