WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it send patient information outside your systems?
No. The digest posted to Slack contains only de-identified operational data: modality, facility name, wait time, and study count. No patient names, IDs, or clinical details are ever included in the Slack message.
What if a radiologist has already claimed a study?
WebRun reads the live Universal Worklist in RamSoft each run, so any study already assigned or signed is automatically excluded from the digest.
Can we adjust the SLA threshold that triggers an @mention?
Yes. You set the turnaround-time threshold during setup, for example 30 minutes for STAT reads, and WebRun uses that value every run without you changing the automation.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
