Automated RamSoft Radiologist Credential Expiry Tracking

In short

How do I automatically track radiologist license and credential expiry dates from RamSoft?

WebRun reads the RamSoft PowerServer provider roster every Monday, identifies radiologists whose licenses, DEA registrations, or board certifications expire within 90 days, updates a color-coded Google Sheet tracker, and posts a prioritized action list to the credentialing team in Slack so no credential lapses and no provider falls off a payer panel.

  • No radiologist license or DEA registration lapses without the team knowing 90 days in advance
  • Credentialing coordinators get a prioritized action list every Monday without spreadsheet maintenance
  • Multi-state teleradiologists have every state license tracked independently

Questions, answered

Does it send renewal reminders directly to radiologists?

No. WebRun posts only to your internal credentialing team's Slack channel. Any outreach to individual radiologists is handled by your team, keeping provider communication under human control.

Which credentials does it track?

WebRun reads whatever expiry dates are recorded in the RamSoft provider roster and the Google Sheet you maintain, including state medical licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, and malpractice insurance dates. You control which fields to track.

What if a radiologist is licensed in multiple states?

Each state license is treated as a separate credential row in the tracker, so a teleradiologist with five state licenses has five expiry dates monitored independently and the earliest expiring one surfaces first.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
