Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send the welcome email to the new customer automatically?

No. The welcome email is saved as a Gmail draft for your team to review and personalize before sending. No email reaches the customer without approval.

Which team member does it invite to the kickoff calendar event?

It assigns the kickoff event to the account manager or customer success lead mapped to the customer's plan tier. You configure the mapping during setup.

What if a subscription is activated on a weekend?

The kickoff calendar event is scheduled for 2 business days after activation, so a Friday activation creates a Tuesday event and the team is notified on their next working day.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
