In short

How do I automatically reconcile SpotOn end-of-day totals with QuickBooks?

Questions, answered

Does it actually change anything in QuickBooks?

No. WebRun reads QuickBooks figures for comparison only. It never creates, edits, or deletes any QuickBooks entry during the reconciliation check.

What counts as a variance worth flagging?

By default, any tender-type line where SpotOn and QuickBooks differ by more than $5 is flagged. You can adjust this threshold when you set up the workflow.

What if SpotOn's end-of-day report is not ready when the run starts?

WebRun waits up to 30 minutes and retries if the report is not yet available, then sends a warning via Telegram if the report still cannot be found.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
