Automated Qoyod Weekly Profit Snapshot

Every Monday, WebRun opens Qoyod, pulls last week's revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses, calculates the real gross and net margin, logs the snapshot to Google Sheets, and sends you a short WhatsApp summary of what the business actually kept, not just what it billed.

In short

How do I see my real weekly profit from Qoyod, not just revenue?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Qoyod, pulls last week's revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses, and calculates real gross and net margin rather than just revenue. It logs the snapshot to Google Sheets with the trend against prior weeks and sends you a WhatsApp summary, so you know what the business actually kept, not just what it billed.

  • The owner sees real margin every Monday, not just top line revenue
  • A dropping net margin is flagged the week it happens, not at year end
  • Months of weekly snapshots build a profit trend line automatically

Built for Qoyod users · small business owners · retail and service SMBs · finance minded founders

Questions, answered

How is this different from the revenue Qoyod already shows me?

It goes a step further than revenue by pulling cost of goods sold and operating expenses too, so the number you get on WhatsApp is real margin, not just what was billed.

Does it include one off costs?

It uses whatever cost of goods sold and expense entries are recorded in Qoyod for the week, so keeping those entries current in Qoyod keeps the snapshot accurate.

Can I see the trend over more than one week?

Yes. The Google Sheets log keeps every prior week, so you can see the trend over months, not just the latest snapshot.

Put this on autopilot.
