In short

How do I compare branch performance across my Qoyod locations every week?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Qoyod, pulls last week's sales, margin, and invoice count for each branch, and builds a ranked comparison table in Google Sheets against each branch's own trailing average. It posts your management team a Slack summary naming the leading branch and the one that needs attention, so underperformance surfaces within days, not at quarter end.

  • Underperforming branches surface within a week, not discovered at quarter end
  • Every branch is ranked against its own trend, not just against the others
  • The management team sees the same numbers at the same time, every Monday

Built for multi branch retailers · franchise operators · regional SMB chains · operations managers

Questions, answered

How many branches can it compare?

As many as you have set up in Qoyod. Every branch with sales in the prior week is pulled into the same comparison table.

Does it call out an individual manager for underperforming?

No. It names the branch and the numbers in a shared team channel, it never singles out a person, how to follow up is left to your management team.

Can I change the comparison period from weekly?

Yes. It defaults to a weekly, Monday morning comparison, but the period and the day it runs are both configurable at setup.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
