In short

How do I automatically route Pixieset print orders to my lab for fulfillment?

Every morning, WebRun opens Pixieset and checks for new print orders. For each order it compiles the product, size, quantity, and shipping details, drafts a lab routing message in Gmail, and posts a fulfillment summary to Slack for your review. Orders move to the lab quickly with no manual copy-paste.

  • New print orders are identified and routed to the lab the same day
  • No order details are lost in manual copy-paste between Pixieset and the lab
  • Special finish requests are flagged before submission

Questions, answered

Will it submit orders to the lab automatically without me checking?

No. WebRun drafts the routing message in Gmail and posts a summary to Slack for your review. You forward to the lab only after confirming the order details.

What if a client cancels or changes an order in Pixieset?

WebRun reads the current order status in Pixieset at each run, so cancelled or updated orders are reflected in the daily summary before you act on them.

Can it handle multiple lab vendors for different product types?

Yes. Tell WebRun which lab to route each product type to and it will draft the routing message for the correct vendor on every order.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
