In short

How do I automatically chase clients who have not signed their photography contract?

Every morning, WebRun opens HoneyBook and finds every contract that has been sent but not yet signed. It drafts a polite, personalised reminder in Gmail for each client, then posts the full list to Slack for your approval. Reminders go out only after you review them, keeping urgent bookings on track.

  • Unsigned contracts are flagged every morning before bookings fall through
  • Every reminder is personalised and ready to send with one click
  • Urgent near-date bookings are surfaced first so nothing urgent is missed

Questions, answered

Will it send the reminder emails automatically?

No. WebRun drafts every reminder in Gmail and shows you the list in Slack. You review and send each one, so nothing reaches a client without your sign-off.

What if a client signed overnight but HoneyBook has not refreshed yet?

WebRun reads the live contract status in HoneyBook at run time, so anyone who signed before the morning check is automatically skipped.

Can it remind the same client more than once?

It skips clients who already received a reminder in the last 48 hours, so you will not accidentally double-message someone on the same day.

Put this on autopilot.
