Automated Service Cross-Sell
Every Monday, WebRun opens your customer data in Google Sheets, identifies food buyers who have no grooming or service booking on record, drafts a targeted cross-sell offer in Mailchimp for staff review, and posts the segment list to Slack so your team can grow service revenue from your existing customer base.
How do I automatically target pet food customers with grooming or service offers?
Every Monday, WebRun checks Google Sheets for food buyers who have no grooming or service booking on record, drafts a targeted cross-sell email campaign in Mailchimp, and posts the segment list to Slack for staff to review. No email goes out until the campaign is approved, so your service cross-sell always reaches the right customers with the right message.
- Food-only buyers are identified weekly as service cross-sell candidates
- A targeted campaign is drafted and ready after a single staff review
- No customer is emailed until the message and audience are approved
Built for pet store owners · grooming salon managers · retail marketing staff

Questions, answered
Will it email customers about grooming without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts the Mailchimp campaign and posts the segment list to Slack, but nothing is sent to any customer until a staff member reviews the content and approves the campaign in Mailchimp.
How does it know a customer has never booked a service?
It cross-references your Google Sheets customer purchase data against your service bookings records for the same period. Customers who appear in the food sheet but not the services sheet are flagged as cross-sell candidates.
Can it target a specific service like grooming vs. daycare?
Yes. During setup, tell WebRun which service category to focus on. It will then filter only for customers missing that specific service type, so your cross-sell message stays relevant and not too broad.
