Questions, answered
Will it text customers without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts each SMS in Twilio's queue and flags it in Slack for your team to review. Messages are only sent once a staff member approves them, so no customer is contacted without sign-off.
How far in advance does it flag renewals?
It flags subscriptions renewing within the next three days by default. You can adjust the window in Shopify or tell WebRun a different lead time during setup, and it will apply that going forward.
What happens if a subscription has a payment problem?
WebRun flags subscriptions with expired or failed payment methods separately in the Slack digest so staff can reach out directly, rather than sending an automated reminder that may confuse the customer.
