Automated Naver Cafe Member Queue Review

Every morning, WebRun opens your Naver Cafe management area, reads the join applications and member level-up requests still waiting, records each applicant with their answers and their waiting time in Airtable, and drafts a welcome email in Gmail so approved members hear from you the same day.

In short

How do I keep on top of pending community join requests?

WebRun opens your Naver Cafe management area every morning and reads the join applications and member level-up requests still pending. It logs each applicant, their answers and days waiting into Airtable, flags suspect ones, and drafts a welcome email in Gmail for you to approve and send.

  • New members are let in the same day instead of drifting away
  • The queue is sorted by waiting time, longest first
  • Suspect applications are flagged for a person rather than auto-declined

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens cafe.naver.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Naver Cafe - read the pending requests
    cafe.naver.com
WebRun in Naver Cafe: read the pending requests
WebRun opens Naver Cafe to read the pending requests.
    • Open your Naver Cafe management area and go to the pending member requests
    • List every join application waiting, with the applicant, their submitted answers and the date applied
    • List every member level-up request waiting, with the member, their current level and their activity
    • Calculate how many days each request has been sitting unanswered

Done when Every pending join and level-up request is captured with its applicant and waiting time.

  3. 2
Airtable - log each applicant and wait time
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: log each applicant and wait time
WebRun opens Airtable to log each applicant and wait time.
    • Add one Airtable row per pending request with the applicant, the type, the answers given and the days waiting
    • Sort so the longest waiting sits at the top of the review view
    • Flag applications whose answers are blank or look like spam so a human eye lands on them first
    • Mark rows resolved once the next run sees the request has been approved or declined

Done when Airtable shows the current queue sorted by waiting time with suspect applications flagged.

  4. 3
Gmail - draft the welcome email
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft the welcome email
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the welcome email.
    • Draft a short welcome email in Gmail for applicants who left an address and look genuine
    • Include your cafe rules and where to post first, so a new member starts in the right place
    • Leave every email in Drafts. WebRun never approves a member or emails an applicant on its own
    • Skip anyone flagged as suspect, so no welcome is prepared for an application a human has not read

Done when A welcome email is drafted for each genuine applicant and none has been sent.

Questions, answered

Will it approve members on its own?

No. WebRun reads the pending queue and prepares the paperwork. Approving a join request, granting a level or declining someone stays a manager decision inside Naver Cafe.

Does it email applicants automatically?

No. Each welcome is left as an unsent Gmail draft, so nobody hears from the cafe until a human has approved them and sent it.

How does it spot a spam application?

It flags applications with blank or nonsense answers to your join questions and leaves them for a person to judge, rather than filtering anyone out silently.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
