Automated Cerbo Care Package Visit Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Cerbo, reviews all active visit packages, calculates the remaining visit balance for each patient, and updates a Google Sheet with the current count so front desk staff can flag patients who need to renew before their next appointment.

In short

How can I track remaining visits on naturopathic care packages automatically?

WebRun opens Cerbo every Monday, tallies the remaining visits on every active patient care package, and updates a Google Sheet with the current balances. Packages with one or zero visits remaining are sorted to the top so front desk staff can prioritize renewal conversations before any patient arrives without a valid booking.

  • Front desk always knows which packages need renewal before the patient's next visit
  • No patient arrives to a fully used package without advance warning
  • Monday morning sheet is ready before the first appointment of the week

Questions, answered

Will it send renewal notices to patients automatically?

No. WebRun only updates the Google Sheet tracker. Any renewal notice or payment request to a patient is initiated by your front desk after reviewing the list, never sent automatically.

Does it handle different package types such as 5-visit and 10-visit bundles?

Yes. WebRun reads the package type and visit count directly from Cerbo, so it handles any package structure you have set up there, whether it is 5, 10, or a custom number of visits.

How often does the sheet update?

By default the sheet refreshes every Monday morning. You can adjust the schedule during setup to run daily if your practice books packages at a high volume.
