Nextech Automated Surgical Volume Reports

Every Monday, WebRun opens Nextech, counts the past week's Mohs cases, stages per case, and reconstruction rate, checks how full the coming week's surgical blocks are in Google Calendar, compiles both into a Google Sheets report, and posts your leadership team a Slack summary of volume and capacity.

In short

How do I get a weekly Mohs surgical volume report automatically?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the past week's Mohs case count, average stages per case, and reconstruction rate from Nextech, checks the coming week's booking density in Google Calendar, and compiles both into a running Google Sheets report. It posts your leadership team a Slack summary, so volume and capacity trends are visible without anyone pulling a report by hand.

  • Leadership gets a volume and capacity trend every Monday without building a report by hand
  • Per surgeon totals surface automatically in multi-surgeon practices
  • Under-booked or over-booked weeks are flagged before they become a pattern

Built for Mohs practice leadership · dermatology surgical clinics · practice managers · multi-surgeon Mohs practices

Questions, answered

Does this replace our practice management reporting?

No. It compiles the same underlying Nextech data into a running weekly trend so leadership does not have to pull and format the report by hand each Monday.

Can it break volume out by surgeon?

Yes. When more than one surgeon is on staff, the report totals case count and stages per case separately for each one.

Does it flag scheduling gaps as well as volume?

Yes. It checks the coming week's booking density in Google Calendar alongside last week's case count, so leadership sees volume and capacity together.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
