Healthie Automatic Weight and Lab Trend Reports
Every Monday, WebRun opens Healthie, pulls each active client's weight and lab history over their last 3 recorded visits, logs the trend to a tracking sheet, flags any concerning direction such as unintended weight loss or a worsening lab value, and books a follow up visit on Google Calendar for anyone flagged.
How do I catch concerning weight and lab trends before the next scheduled visit?
WebRun pulls each client's weight and lab values across their last 3 Healthie visits every Monday, logs the trend to a tracking sheet, flags any concerning direction such as unintended weight loss or a worsening lab result, and books a follow up visit on Google Calendar within 2 weeks so a concerning pattern gets addressed early.
- Concerning weight or lab trends get a booked follow up within 2 weeks instead of waiting for the next routine visit
- The RD reviews one highlighted tracker row instead of scrolling 3 visits of notes per client
- Only real 3 visit patterns are flagged, not normal week to week variation

Questions, answered
What counts as a concerning trend?
Unintended weight loss or gain across 3 visits, or a lab value moving the wrong direction for that client's goals, by default. Both thresholds can be adjusted in your run settings.
Will it contact the client directly?
No. It only logs the trend to your sheet and books a follow up visit on the calendar. Any conversation with the client happens at that visit, with the RD.
Does it work for clients with fewer than 3 visits?
Not yet. It waits until a client has at least 3 recorded visits so the trend reflects a real pattern, not normal day to day variation.
