Healthie Automated Food and Symptom Log Review

Every morning, WebRun opens Healthie, reads every client's food and symptom log entries since the last check, flags any repeated symptom spike tied to a specific food or a run of missed logging days, records each flag to a tracking sheet, and posts you a Slack alert naming which clients need a closer look before their next session.

In short

How do I catch concerning patterns in client food and symptom logs automatically?

WebRun reads every active client's food and symptom log in Healthie each morning, flags any symptom that repeats against the same food 3 or more times or a logging gap of 4 or more days, records each flag to a tracking sheet, and posts you a Slack alert by client initials so nothing gets missed before the next session.

  • Repeated symptom food patterns surface the same morning they occur, not weeks later at the next visit
  • Clients who stop logging are flagged within 4 days instead of going unnoticed
  • The RD opens Slack to a ready made review list before every session

Questions, answered

Does it diagnose what's causing a client's symptoms?

No. It only flags a repeated pattern for you to review. Clinical judgment on cause and next steps always stays with the RD.

Is any client information shared outside the practice?

No. Flags are posted to your own private Slack channel using client initials only, and nothing leaves Healthie or reaches the client directly.

What counts as a missed logging streak?

Four or more days without an entry, by default. You can tighten or loosen that threshold in your run settings.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
