Automated Onfleet Driver Performance Scorecard

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens Onfleet Analytics, pulls each driver's prior-week stats including stops completed, on-time rate, failed stops, average service time, and mileage, calculates a ranked performance scorecard, and posts it to the ops Slack channel so managers can coach and recognize drivers based on real data.

In short

How do I automatically generate a weekly driver performance scorecard from Onfleet?

WebRun pulls each driver's prior-week Onfleet stats every Monday, calculates a ranked scorecard covering on-time rate, completion rate, failed stops, service time, and mileage, and posts it to Slack. Managers arrive at their weekly briefing with every driver already ranked and flagged for coaching or recognition.

  • Weekly driver scorecard ready before Monday morning briefing - no manual calculation
  • Top performers identified for recognition, underperformers flagged for coaching
  • Five KPIs per driver give managers a full picture, not just one metric

Questions, answered

Does it send the scorecard to each driver directly?

No. The scorecard is posted only to your internal Slack ops channel. Any individual feedback sent to a driver is drafted for a manager to review, so drivers receive performance information only when a human decides to share it.

What metrics go into the ranking?

Drivers are ranked by on-time rate from the prior week's Onfleet data, with completion rate as the tiebreaker. The scorecard also shows failed stops, average service time per stop, and total mileage so managers have a full picture.

Can I change the performance threshold that flags a driver for coaching?

Yes. You set the on-time rate threshold in WebRun when you configure the workflow. Any driver below that percentage is highlighted automatically so managers know who to prioritize in Monday's debrief.
