Automated MilkNotes Superbill Generation
Every evening, WebRun opens MilkNotes, finds today's completed and signed consults, generates each superbill pre-populated with the correct ICD-10 and CPT codes and your practice details, saves a copy to a Google Drive folder, and drafts a Gmail email to the family, leaving each message unsent for your review before any superbill goes out.
How do I automatically generate lactation superbills after visits?
WebRun turns finished consults into ready superbills. Each evening it finds today's signed visits in MilkNotes, generates each superbill with the correct ICD-10 and CPT codes, files a copy to Google Drive, and drafts a reimbursement email in Gmail, leaving every message unsent so no superbill reaches a family until you approve it.
- Families get a coded superbill drafted the same evening as their visit
- Every superbill is filed to Drive for a complete billing record
- No superbill leaves your practice until you approve the draft

Questions, answered
Will it email superbills to families without me?
No. Every reimbursement email is saved as an unsent Gmail draft with the superbill attached, waiting for your review. No superbill or protected health information leaves your practice until you approve and send it.
How does it get the ICD-10 and CPT codes right?
It reads the codes already charted on each signed MilkNotes visit and uses MilkNotes to generate the superbill from them. If a required code is missing, it skips that visit and flags it rather than guessing.
What about visits that are not finished yet?
It only acts on consults that are charted and signed. Any visit still in draft or missing a code is left untouched and noted, so incomplete records are never billed.
