Speed up OASIS QA
Every morning, WebRun opens Axxess, finds all OASIS assessments that are complete but awaiting QA sign-off, logs them to a Google Sheets worklist with submission deadlines, and posts the day's QA queue to the clinical Slack channel so the QA clinician can work through the list without hunting in the system.

How do I automatically build an OASIS QA worklist for home health?
WebRun opens Axxess every morning and pulls every OASIS assessment that is complete but waiting for QA sign-off. It logs each document with its submission deadline to a Google Sheets worklist and posts the day's queue to Slack, so the QA clinician starts each morning with a clear, sorted list of exactly what to review.
- QA clinician starts each day with a sorted, deadline-driven worklist
- No OASIS document waits days unreviewed because it was buried in the system
- Already-approved documents are cleared from the list automatically

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it approve or sign off on OASIS documents automatically?
No. WebRun only reads pending document status and compiles the worklist. QA review and approval in Axxess must be completed by a qualified clinician. WebRun surfaces what needs attention, it does not perform clinical review.
How does it handle OASIS documents that have already been approved since yesterday?
It reads live document status from Axxess on each run and updates the Sheet accordingly. Documents approved since the last run are marked as cleared so the clinician's worklist only shows items that genuinely need action.
Can it track multiple QA clinicians across different branches?
Yes. You can set up separate Sheet tabs and Slack channels for each branch or QA clinician. WebRun routes each OASIS document to the right tab based on the branch or clinician assignment in Axxess.
