Automated Home Health AR Report

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens Axxess, finds all outstanding claims sorted by aging bucket and payer, logs the full AR picture to a Google Sheets worklist, and posts a top-priorities summary to the billing Slack channel so your biller starts the week focused on the highest-value overdue accounts.

In short

How do I automatically build a home health AR aging report each week?

WebRun opens Axxess every Monday morning and pulls all outstanding claims sorted by aging bucket and payer. It refreshes your Google Sheets AR worklist with the full picture and posts a billing team digest to Slack, so your billers start each week focused on the oldest and highest-value claims first.

  • Billers start Monday with a sorted AR worklist instead of building it manually from Axxess
  • The oldest and largest claims appear at the top so high-value work happens first
  • The full AR picture is refreshed weekly so the Sheet never shows stale prior-week data

Questions, answered

Will it resubmit or appeal claims in Axxess automatically?

No. WebRun only reads outstanding claim data and builds the worklist. Claim resubmission, appeals, and follow-up calls to payers are the biller's responsibility. WebRun tells you exactly which claims need action, leaving the work to your billing team.

Which payers does it include in the AR aging report?

It includes all payers with outstanding claims in Axxess: Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and self-pay. You can filter the Sheet to focus on specific payers or aging buckets that your billing team prioritizes each week.

How often is the Google Sheet refreshed?

The Sheet is fully refreshed every Monday morning, so the worklist always reflects the current week's AR position. If you need mid-week snapshots, you can run the workflow on additional days by adjusting the schedule.
