In short

How do I automatically schedule iron infusion patients for their next dose?

WebRun checks Cellma every Monday for patients due for their next iron infusion dose, holds a matching chair slot on the Google Calendar based on their monitoring needs, and drafts a scheduling email in Gmail for each one. Staff review and send every draft, so no patient is booked or contacted without a human check.

  • Patients due for their next iron dose get a chair held before their course lapses
  • Staff review a ready-to-send scheduling email instead of drafting one from scratch
  • Patients needing longer monitoring are matched to a slot long enough for safe observation

Questions, answered

Will patients be booked in and emailed without staff review?

No. WebRun only holds a tentative chair slot and drafts the scheduling email. A staff member reviews and sends each email, and confirms the booking, before anything reaches the patient.

How does it choose which chair slot to hold?

It matches each patient's required monitoring time, based on their product and infusion history, against open slots on the infusion suite calendar, so patients needing longer observation are not squeezed into a short slot.

What if a patient already rescheduled or completed their course?

It reads the live course status in Cellma each run, so anyone who already completed their infusions or rebooked elsewhere is left off the following week's list.

Put this on autopilot.
