In short

How do I automatically track hazmat driver certification and endorsement expiry dates?

WebRun reviews your driver certification records in Labelmaster and your Google Sheets roster every Monday, flags any driver whose hazmat training certificate or endorsement expires within 60 days, texts your fleet manager via Twilio for urgent cases, and posts the full expiry list to your Slack ops channel so no driver operates a DG load with lapsed credentials.

  • No driver operates a hazmat load with a lapsed training certificate
  • Fleet manager alerted by text 30 days before any driver certification expires
  • Full 60-day expiry list in Slack every Monday for proactive scheduling

Questions, answered

Will it text drivers directly about their certification expiry?

No. The Twilio text alert goes only to your fleet manager as an internal operational notification. It never messages individual drivers directly.

What training certificates does it track?

It tracks Labelmaster hazmat training certificates including general awareness, function-specific, safety, and security training as required under 49 CFR 172.704. You can also add CDL hazmat endorsement expiry dates to your Google Sheets tracker.

How often does hazmat training need to be renewed?

Under 49 CFR, hazmat training must be renewed every three years. WebRun flags drivers 60 days before that deadline so you have time to schedule and complete renewal training through Labelmaster before any lapse.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
