In short

How do I automatically reconcile ghost kitchen delivery revenue against QuickBooks each day?

WebRun opens Otter every evening, captures the day's revenue by brand and delivery channel, then reads QuickBooks income entries for the same period and flags any variance. A clean reconciliation digest lands in Slack each night, so your finance team catches discrepancies before they compound into month-end problems.

  • Revenue discrepancies between Otter and QuickBooks surface every night, not at month-end
  • Finance team gets a clear brand-by-brand variance table in Slack without manual work
  • QuickBooks data is read-only - no entries are created or changed

Questions, answered

Does it make any changes in QuickBooks?

No. WebRun reads QuickBooks income data only. It does not create, edit, or delete any entries. All bookkeeping changes remain with your accountant or bookkeeper.

What triggers a gap flag in the digest?

Any variance between Otter revenue and QuickBooks income that exceeds the threshold you set at configuration, for example more than $50 per brand per day.

Will it work if my QuickBooks is on a slight posting delay?

Yes. You can configure a grace period so WebRun compares against transactions posted by a set time, or run the reconciliation the following morning instead of the same night.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
