Automated Silo PTI Lot Traceability Log

Every night, WebRun opens Silo, pulls the PTI case tags, GTINs, and lot numbers for every fresh-cut lot received or shipped that day, records the one-up-one-down movement in a Google Sheet traceability register, and emails your food-safety manager the day's log for audit-readiness.

In short

How do I keep an audit-ready PTI one-up-one-down traceability log for fresh-cut lots?

WebRun opens Silo every night and pulls the PTI case tags, GTINs, and lot numbers for every lot received or shipped that day, capturing the one-up-one-down link from source to destination. It logs the full register in a Google Sheet and emails your food-safety manager the day's record, so you have an audit-ready trace record without the manual paperwork.

  • A complete one-up-one-down register is ready every morning, not assembled during an audit
  • Missing PTI tags are flagged the same night they happen
  • Your food-safety manager has the day's record in their inbox before an audit ever starts

Questions, answered

Does it submit the traceability record to the FDA or a regulator?

No. WebRun compiles and emails your internal traceability register. Deciding when and what to submit to a regulator during an actual trace-back request stays with your compliance team.

What counts as a missing PTI tag?

Any case or lot in Silo without a recorded case tag, GTIN, or lot number is flagged in the register and called out in the email, so your team can fix the gap before it becomes an audit finding.

Does the register go to anyone outside your company?

No. It is emailed only to the food-safety manager you set during setup. WebRun never sends traceability data to a customer, grower, or regulator on its own.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
