Automated Silo Customer Spec Sheet Follow-Up
Every Monday, WebRun opens Silo, finds customer product spec sheets, covering size, grade, and packaging, that are still awaiting sign-off, drafts a follow-up email to each customer contact and leaves it unsent for your review, and posts your account manager a Slack list of which specs are still outstanding.
How do I follow up on unsigned customer spec sheets before they block a production run?
Every Monday, WebRun opens Silo and finds customer product spec sheets, covering size, grade, and packaging, that are still awaiting sign-off. It drafts a follow-up email to each customer contact and leaves it unsent in Gmail for your account manager to review, then posts a Slack list ranking which specs are still outstanding, so nothing blocks a production run.
- Outstanding spec sheets are followed up the same week they're due, not after a run is blocked
- Every follow-up is drafted and ready before your account manager sits down
- Specs blocking a scheduled run are flagged at the top of the list

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email customers without me reviewing it first?
No. Every follow-up is drafted and left unsent in Gmail Drafts. Your account manager reviews, edits, and sends each one. WebRun never sends a spec sheet or amended terms to a customer on its own.
How does it know a spec sheet is still outstanding?
It reads the live sign-off status recorded in Silo each Monday, so any spec sheet marked signed since the last run is excluded automatically.
What if an outstanding spec is blocking production?
WebRun flags it at the top of the Slack list so your account manager can prioritize that customer's follow-up before the scheduled run is affected.
