Every Monday, WebRun opens Silo, finds grower and vendor supply agreements expiring within your renewal window, drafts a renewal outreach email to each grower contact and leaves it unsent for your review, and posts your procurement manager a Slack list of who still needs a signed renewal.

In short

How do I get reminded before a grower supply contract expires and draft the renewal outreach?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Silo and finds grower and vendor supply agreements expiring within your renewal window. It drafts a renewal outreach email to each grower's contact and leaves it unsent in Gmail for your procurement manager to review, then posts a Slack list ranking who still needs a signed renewal, so no supply relationship lapses by accident.

  • No grower agreement expires unnoticed
  • Renewal outreach is drafted and ready before the contract lapses
  • Procurement sees a ranked follow-up list every Monday instead of digging through Silo

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens usesilo.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Silo - find grower contracts expiring soon
    • Open Silo and pull grower and vendor supply agreements with an end date inside your renewal window, for example 60 days out
    • Capture the grower name, commodity, contract terms, and expiration date for each
    • Skip any agreement already marked renewed this cycle

Done when Every grower contract expiring within the window is listed with its terms and expiration date.

  3. 2
Gmail - draft renewal outreach for review
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft renewal outreach for review
WebRun opens Gmail to draft renewal outreach for review.
    • Draft a renewal outreach email to each grower's contact, referencing the current terms and the upcoming expiration
    • Leave every draft unsent in Gmail Drafts for your procurement manager to review, edit, and send
    • Never send a renewal offer or new terms to a grower without a person approving it first

Done when A reviewable draft exists in Gmail for every grower whose contract is expiring.

  4. 3
Slack - list who still needs a signed renewal
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: list who still needs a signed renewal
WebRun opens Slack to list who still needs a signed renewal.
    • Post a list of expiring contracts to the procurement channel, soonest expiration first
    • Note which growers already have a drafted renewal waiting in Gmail
    • Flag any grower with no response after the prior week's outreach

Done when Your procurement manager has this week's renewal follow-up list in Slack.

Questions, answered

Will it email growers without me seeing it first?

No. Every renewal outreach is drafted and left unsent in Gmail Drafts. Your procurement manager reviews, edits, and sends each one. WebRun never proposes terms or sends an offer to a grower on its own.

How far ahead does it start on a renewal?

You set the renewal window during setup, for example 60 days before expiration. WebRun starts drafting outreach and listing the contract from that point forward.

What happens to a contract that's already been renewed?

It reads the current status in Silo each week, so any agreement already marked renewed is skipped automatically and will not generate another draft or appear on the list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
