Will it pay consignors on its own?
No. WebRun never moves money. It reads the sold consignments in FastBound and the payments in QuickBooks, then posts a Slack list of who is still owed. Your team issues each payout itself.
How does it know a consignor was already paid?
It matches each sold consignment in FastBound to a payment or paid bill in QuickBooks for that consignor. Anyone with a matching payout is marked paid and dropped from the owed list.
Is it safe to post payout details to Slack automatically?
Yes. The list is an internal team digest with no seller contact and no payments, so it posts on its own each Monday. Only your staff act on it.
