Will WebRun place the order with the supplier on its own?
No. WebRun drafts the purchase order in QuickBooks and posts it to Slack for a manager to approve. Nothing is sent to a supplier or submitted until a person reviews it.
How does it know each part's reorder point?
It reads the reorder point you have set for each part in UpKeep. Any part without a reorder point set gets flagged in the Slack alert so you can add one.
What if parts get used up mid-week?
The run reflects UpKeep's quantities at the time it checks each Monday. For parts that move fast, set WebRun to run more often so a low part does not wait a week for a draft reorder.
