Automated Sessionize Speaker Confirmations
Each morning, WebRun opens Sessionize, finds speakers who were accepted but have not confirmed their session, drafts a personal reminder email to each in Gmail, leaves it unsent for your review, and posts your team a Slack list of who is still outstanding.
How do I chase speakers who haven't confirmed their session?
Each morning, WebRun checks Sessionize for speakers who were accepted but have not confirmed their session, and drafts a warm, personal reminder to each in Gmail with their talk title and the deadline. It leaves every email unsent for your review and posts your team a Slack chase list, so your lineup locks in on time.
- Unconfirmed speakers get a personal nudge within a day
- Your lineup is locked well before the agenda goes public
- Every reminder is reviewed before it leaves your inbox
Built for conference organizers · event teams · meetup organizers · developer relations

Questions, answered
Will it email speakers without me?
No. WebRun writes each reminder as a Gmail draft and leaves it unsent. You review and send, so every speaker hears from a real person, not an automation.
How does it know who hasn't confirmed?
It reads the acceptance and confirmation status in Sessionize, then lists only speakers who were accepted but have not yet confirmed their session.
Will it nudge the same speaker every day?
Only until they confirm. Once Sessionize shows a speaker as confirmed, they drop off the chase list and get no further reminders.
