In short

How can I automatically track event registrations against venue capacity?

Every hour, WebRun checks your Eventbrite events, records live registration counts and venue capacity in a Google Sheet, and sends a Slack alert whenever any event crosses 80% or 100% capacity - so you can act on sell-out risk before it becomes a missed opportunity.

  • Capacity alerts reach your team in Slack before events sell out
  • Live registration figures logged in Google Sheets every hour
  • No event reaches full capacity unnoticed

Questions, answered

How often does it check registration numbers?

Once per hour by default. You can run it more frequently (every 15 minutes) in the plan if you expect a fast-moving sale.

What triggers an alert?

It fires a Slack message when an event crosses 80% capacity and again when it reaches 100%. Both thresholds are adjustable in the plan.

Can it handle multiple events at once?

Yes. It monitors all your upcoming published Eventbrite events in one run and updates the tracker for each one.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
