TDO Software Automated Appointment Confirmation Drafts
Each evening, WebRun opens TDO Software, pulls the next day's full appointment schedule, drafts a confirmation email for each patient via Mailchimp with their appointment time and any pre-visit instructions, and posts a ready-to-send summary to Slack so your front desk can approve and release the batch first thing in the morning.
How do I automatically draft appointment confirmations from TDO Software?
WebRun pulls tomorrow's appointment schedule from TDO Software each evening, drafts a personalized confirmation email for every unconfirmed patient via Mailchimp, and alerts your front desk in Slack with the batch ready to review. Patients with premed requirements are flagged, and no email is sent until staff approve the batch.
- Confirmation drafts ready for every unconfirmed patient by end of day
- Premed patients flagged in Slack before the batch goes out
- Staff review every message before it reaches a patient
Built for endodontists · endodontic front desk coordinators · dental specialty practices · endodontic office managers

Questions, answered
Will it send confirmation emails to patients without our approval?
No. Every confirmation is saved as a draft in Mailchimp. Your front desk reviews the batch each morning and chooses when to release it. Nothing reaches a patient until a team member approves.
What happens if a patient already confirmed by phone or through COMMS+?
WebRun checks the TDO Software record for each patient before creating a draft and skips anyone who is already marked as confirmed, so you never send a duplicate.
Can we include premed instructions in the confirmation?
Yes. WebRun reads the premed alert field in TDO Software and adds the appropriate pre-visit instruction to each patient's draft. Patients with premed requirements are also flagged in the Slack summary for priority review.
