Does it replace verbal shift handoff report?

No. It compiles the operational census, holds, and boarders so both charge nurses start from the same numbers. Clinical handoff between nurses still happens as usual.

Can I change the shift times it runs at?

Yes. Set your own shift change times once during setup and WebRun compiles the handoff 15 minutes ahead of each one.

Does the log include patient names?

Multi shift boarders and open transfers are listed by name and room since the incoming charge nurse needs that detail. The Google Sheet log is internal only and never shared outside the hospital.
