Does it move or transfer money automatically?
No. WebRun only reads cash count data that staff enter in Google Sheets and calculates the variance. No financial transactions, transfers, or adjustments are made. The report is purely informational for manager review.
What tolerance level should I set for drawer variances?
Most dispensaries use a tolerance of plus or minus five dollars per drawer. You configure the threshold in your workflow settings and WebRun will only flag drawers that fall outside that range, reducing noise from minor counting differences.
Can it handle multiple registers and multiple locations?
Yes. Add a location column and a register ID column to your Google Sheet and WebRun groups the report by location, so managers at each site see their own totals and the owner sees the full picture.
