Automated Daily Deals Prep
Every morning, WebRun opens the deals calendar in Google Sheets, reads which promotions are approved and scheduled to go live today, verifies the relevant products exist and are in stock in Dutchie, then drafts a menu update message for a manager to review and approve before any change is published to the live online menu.
How do I automatically prep daily deals for my dispensary menu?
WebRun reads your approved deals calendar in Google Sheets each morning, verifies each deal product is in stock in Dutchie, and drafts a menu update with deal prices and any stock warnings. The draft is posted to Slack for a manager to review and approve before any change reaches your live online menu.
- Daily deals are compiled and verified before the store opens each morning
- Out-of-stock deal products are flagged before customers see an unavailable promotion
- No live menu change goes out without explicit manager approval
Built for dispensary managers · marketing coordinators · cannabis retail operators · buying teams

Questions, answered
Will it publish deals to the Dutchie menu automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the menu update and posts it to Slack for a manager to review. No price or deal change is published to your live Dutchie menu until a staff member explicitly approves and applies the update.
What happens if a deal product is out of stock?
WebRun flags out-of-stock deal products in the Slack draft with a warning so the manager can decide whether to hold the deal, substitute a product, or remove it before the menu update goes live.
How does it know which deals are approved?
It reads the status column in your Google Sheets deals calendar. Only rows marked as approved and with today's start date are included. Pending or expired deals are excluded from the draft.
