Questions, answered

Does this send anything to clients or reporters?

No. The digest is a Slack post for your internal team only. Nothing is sent to clients, attorneys, or reporters by this workflow.

What if a job is added after the digest runs?

The digest captures a snapshot at the time it runs. For same-day additions, your coordinators see the new job in ReporterBase directly, or you can re-run the workflow manually.

Can I filter the digest to just my own jobs?

Yes. At setup you can configure filters by coordinator, case type, or region so each person receives only the jobs relevant to them.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
