Questions, answered
Does it contact the court or the ordering attorney about a missed deadline?
No. WebRun only alerts your internal team via Slack and Telegram. Any external communication about a deadline is handled by your staff.
How does it know the transcript deadline for each job?
It reads the delivery deadline or due date recorded on each job in ReporterBase. Make sure your coordinators enter deadlines in the system when booking the job.
Will it send a Telegram alert even on quiet days?
No. The Telegram alert only fires when there is a same-day or overdue deadline. On days with no urgent deadlines it skips the Telegram message entirely.
