Automated Court Reporting Client Onboarding
When a new law firm client is created in ReporterBase, WebRun reads the firm details, sets up their Stripe billing profile, and drafts a professional welcome email with account access instructions and your service overview in Gmail for your review before sending.
How do I automatically onboard new law firm clients after adding them to ReporterBase?
When a new law firm client is added to ReporterBase, WebRun reads their details, creates a Stripe billing profile with the correct payment terms, and drafts a professional welcome email with portal access instructions in Gmail for your approval. Every new client is set up and welcomed consistently, with a human reviewing the email before it goes out.
- Every new law firm is billed correctly from day one with a Stripe profile created automatically
- New clients receive a consistent, professional welcome with no manual drafting
- Onboarding steps are completed within minutes of a client being added to ReporterBase

Questions, answered
Will it send the welcome email to the law firm automatically?
No. The welcome email is saved as a Gmail draft for your review. It is never sent to the new client until a staff member approves and sends it manually.
Does it charge the client or store a payment method?
No. WebRun creates a Stripe customer profile with billing details, but it does not store a card, initiate a charge, or request payment information. That happens through your normal billing flow.
What if the law firm already has a Stripe record?
WebRun checks for an existing Stripe customer by email before creating a new record. If one is found, it updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
Put this on autopilot.
