Questions, answered
Does it contact the reporter directly about renewals?
No. WebRun posts an internal Slack list and updates the tracking sheet for your team to action. It does not email or message reporters on its own.
What certifications does it track?
It reads whatever certification records are stored in the reporter's profile in ReporterBase. Common examples include RPR, RMR, RDR, CRR, and state court reporter licenses.
How far in advance does it flag expiring certifications?
By default it flags certifications expiring within 60 days. You can adjust that window at setup to fit your agency's renewal lead time.
