Questions, answered
Will it email customers automatically to request a deposit?
No. Every deposit request is saved as a Gmail draft for your team to review before sending. No email reaches a customer without a human approving it first.
What if a deposit was collected in cash and not yet recorded in Moraware?
WebRun relies on the payment record in Moraware Systemize. If cash deposits are logged there, it will see them. If not, the draft is still created and your team can simply skip sending it after reviewing.
Can I change the 5-day lookahead window?
Yes. You can set the number of days before the template appointment during setup. A common choice is 3 to 7 days depending on your typical turnaround for deposit collection.
