Automated Moraware Fabrication Bottleneck Report
Every Monday, WebRun opens Moraware Systemize, finds all active jobs where a stage has not advanced in more than two days, groups the backlog by stage, logs the data to Google Sheets for trend tracking, and posts a summary to Slack so your production manager can address the bottleneck before any install date is missed.
How do I identify production bottlenecks in my countertop shop using Moraware?
Every Monday, WebRun opens Moraware Systemize, finds all jobs stalled in a production stage longer than expected, groups the backlog by stage, logs the data to Google Sheets for trend tracking, and posts a summary to Slack. Your production manager can address any bottleneck before an install date is missed.
- Bottlenecks are spotted Monday morning before they push an install date
- Multi-week Google Sheet reveals which stages habitually stall
- Production manager gets one focused Slack post rather than combing through Moraware
Built for countertop fabricators · stone fabrication shop owners · production managers · shop supervisors

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
How does it know how long a job should stay in each stage?
The default threshold is 2 days in a single stage without advancing. You can set a different threshold per stage (for example, 1 day for template and 3 days for fabrication) when you configure the workflow.
Does it change any job stages or reassign crew automatically?
No. WebRun only reads Moraware data and reports the backlog. All decisions about reassigning crew or expediting a job are made by your production manager.
Can I see which bottlenecks repeat every week?
Yes. The Google Sheet tracks stage backlogs week over week, so you can see which stages consistently hold jobs and use that data to make staffing or process changes.
