Automated Consignment Expiry Reminders
Every morning, WebRun opens Ricochet, finds consignors whose items expire within your configured window, drafts a courteous reminder email for each with item details, and posts a Slack digest to staff so every outgoing notice can be approved before it lands in a consignor's inbox.

Questions, answered
Will it email consignors without staff approval?
No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and held until a staff member reviews and sends it. Nothing reaches a consignor without human sign-off.
How far in advance does it send the reminder?
You configure the notice window, typically 7 to 14 days before expiry. WebRun reads each item's expiry date from Ricochet and queues reminders accordingly.
What if a consignor already picked up or extended their items?
WebRun reads live inventory data from Ricochet on every run, so items that have been picked up, extended, or sold are excluded automatically.
