Questions, answered

Is this digest only visible to me?

Yes. WebRun posts to your private Slack channel, not a shared workspace channel, so client details remain confidential and only you or anyone you invite to that channel can see the digest.

What does at-risk mean in the digest?

A client is flagged as at-risk when they have not had a session in 30 or more days or when their package is expiring within 30 days. The flag is a prompt for you to reach out, not an automated action.

Can I get the digest on a different day or time?

Yes. The Monday 7:30 AM schedule is the default. You can ask WebRun to run it on any day and time that suits your weekly planning rhythm.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
