Automated Solventum CDI Worklist Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens Solventum 360 Encompass, pulls the full active worklist of open queries, unresolved gaps, and pending reviews across every CDI specialist, refreshes a shared Google Sheets tracker, emails each specialist their own personal worklist for the day, and posts the team wide summary counts to Microsoft Teams.
How do I give my CDI team one daily worklist digest instead of checking Solventum by hand?
WebRun opens Solventum 360 Encompass every morning, pulls the full active worklist of open queries, unresolved gaps, and pending reviews across your CDI team, refreshes a shared Google Sheets tracker, emails each specialist their own personal digest, and posts team wide summary counts to Microsoft Teams, so every specialist starts the day with a clear worklist.
- Every specialist opens their inbox to a personal worklist instead of logging into Solventum cold
- The shared tracker reflects today's full worklist every morning, not last week's export
- Managers see team wide load in Teams without pulling a report by hand
Built for CDI specialists · CDI managers · HIM departments · hospital CDI programs

Questions, answered
Does everyone see everyone else's worklist?
Each specialist's Gmail digest only lists their own assigned items. The shared Google Sheets tracker and the Teams summary show counts and totals across the team, not one specialist's full detail broadcast to everyone.
Does it reassign items between specialists?
No. WebRun reads the assignments already set in Solventum 360 Encompass. Reassigning a query or a chart between specialists stays a manual decision made inside Solventum.
What if a specialist is out that day?
Their digest still sends with their assigned items, and their tab in the tracker still refreshes, so nothing is lost. Reassigning their caseload is a manual step for the CDI manager.
