Questions, answered
Will it message members before I approve?
No. Every reminder is drafted and held in Slack for your review. Nothing is sent until you release the batch, so you can edit the tone or skip a member if needed.
What if a member already renewed on their own?
It reads live membership status from Squire each morning, so anyone who already renewed is automatically excluded from the queue.
Can it remind members at different intervals for different tiers?
Yes. Give WebRun your tier rules and it applies a different lead time per tier, for example 14 days for annual members and 5 days for monthly, using what is set up in Squire.
Put this on autopilot.
