In short

How do I automatically remind barbershop members to renew their membership?

WebRun checks Squire every morning for memberships expiring within 7 days, drafts a personalised renewal reminder for each member via Twilio with a renewal link, and queues all messages in Slack for your approval. Nothing goes out until you sign off, protecting recurring revenue without chasing members manually.

  • Members are reminded before they lapse, not after
  • Recurring revenue is protected without manual follow-up
  • Every message is reviewed by you before it reaches a member

Questions, answered

Will it message members before I approve?

No. Every reminder is drafted and held in Slack for your review. Nothing is sent until you release the batch, so you can edit the tone or skip a member if needed.

What if a member already renewed on their own?

It reads live membership status from Squire each morning, so anyone who already renewed is automatically excluded from the queue.

Can it remind members at different intervals for different tiers?

Yes. Give WebRun your tier rules and it applies a different lead time per tier, for example 14 days for annual members and 5 days for monthly, using what is set up in Squire.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
