Questions, answered
Will it text clients without my approval?
No. All reminders are drafted and queued in Slack for your review first. WebRun sends nothing until you release the batch.
Can it include a cancellation link in the message?
Yes. If your shop uses Squire's online booking, WebRun includes a reschedule or cancellation link in each reminder so clients can self-serve without calling.
What if an appointment is cancelled before the reminder goes out?
It reads live appointment status from Squire each evening, so any cancellation that came in during the day is excluded from the reminder queue automatically.
