MAM Autopart Automated Delivery Route Confirmation

Every morning, WebRun opens MAM Software Autopart, collects all delivery orders for the day grouped by route, logs the full run sheet to Google Sheets, posts each driver's list to the dispatch Slack channel, and queues a draft SMS notification for each customer via Twilio for the dispatcher to review before sending.

In short

How do I automatically prepare and confirm delivery route lists from MAM Autopart each morning?

Every morning, WebRun pulls today's delivery orders from MAM Software Autopart, groups them by route and driver, logs run sheets to Google Sheets, posts each driver's stop list to the Slack dispatch channel, and queues draft customer SMS notifications in Twilio for the dispatcher to review before any message is sent.

  • Drivers leave on time every morning with a confirmed stop list in Slack
  • Customer SMS notifications are ready to send with a single dispatcher approval
  • Route sheets are logged in Google Sheets so management can audit any delivery day

Questions, answered

Will it send SMS notifications to customers automatically?

No. WebRun queues draft SMS messages in Twilio and waits for your dispatcher to review and approve before any message is sent, so customers only receive confirmed delivery windows.

How does it handle last-minute order additions to a route?

The run pulls live delivery orders from MAM Software Autopart at the time it runs each morning. If an order is added after the run, the dispatcher can add it manually to the Google Sheet and re-post the updated stop to Slack.

Can it reassign a stop if a driver calls in sick?

WebRun surfaces the route groups to the dispatcher in Slack. Reassigning a stop is done by the dispatcher in Autopart and the updated run sheet is then re-pulled, so route changes always go through the dispatch team.
