Automated Carrier Wash Ticket and EIC Notices

Every few minutes, WebRun checks TankSoft Pro for wash tickets that just closed, reads the ticket and its Equipment Interchange Cleaning (EIC) code, drafts an email to the carrier with the wash details attached, saves it unsent in Gmail for a dispatcher to review, and logs each draft in Slack.

In short

How do I automatically send carriers their wash ticket and EIC code?

WebRun watches TankSoft Pro for wash tickets that just closed and reads each ticket with its EIC code and carrier contact. It drafts an email to the carrier carrying the wash ticket and code, saves it unsent in Gmail for a dispatcher to approve, and logs every draft in Slack, so carriers get accurate wash records without anything sending on its own.

  • Carrier wash notices are drafted within minutes of a ticket closing
  • No email reaches a carrier without a dispatcher's approval
  • Tickets missing an EIC code or carrier email are flagged before drafting

Built for tank wash dispatchers · tanker cleaning stations · carrier billing teams · wash-bay coordinators

Questions, answered

Will it email the carrier without me?

No. Every carrier notice is saved as an unsent Gmail draft. Nothing reaches a carrier until a dispatcher reviews the wash ticket and EIC code and clicks send.

Where does the EIC code come from?

It reads the Equipment Interchange Cleaning code already recorded on the closed wash ticket in TankSoft Pro, so the code in the draft matches the one on file.

What if a ticket has no EIC code or carrier email?

It skips the draft and flags that ticket in Slack, so a dispatcher can add the missing code or contact before any notice is prepared.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
